Stephane’ Rolland Haute Couture Fall 2014-15
Léa Seydoux stars as a 2D character in her latest Prada gig. She plays the infamous Candy, a whimsical girl, whom, like many of us, wishes upon a shooting star for the universe’s most luscious perfume. The universe responds and grants her the most delightful scent a girl can imagine. Voilà! We have the creation story of Prada Candy Florale. The charming comic strip was created by celebrated illustrator Francois Berthaud.“The fragrance evolved from the concept of an imaginary flower created especially for Candy. The result is a a romantic and powdery composition containing accords of limoncello sorbet at the top, flower of peony in the heart and a base composed of benzoin, musk, caramel and honey.”Source:AnOther magazine
Beautiful work! Also Prada Candy is tied with Viva la Juicy for my most favorite perfume. :3
The Midnight Planétarium watch was a collaboration between Van Cleef & Arpels and Christiaan van der Klaauw. The watch is made of 396 separate parts and features the six closest planets orbiting the sun in real time (Uranus and Neptune were left out because you probably won’t live long enough to see either one complete a full orbit).
The truth of the matter is that you cannot be in two places at once. There was a fork in the road, and I chose this life. And I’d do it again.

I can’t not reblog this.
This is the best thing on the Internet. We undress everyday and it shows us how confined we are. Those imprints show how uncomfortable we are throughout each day just to impress other people. We create prisons in our own clothes. We are a prisoner in a socially constructed idea of what is beautiful.
